Coaching teams is my favorite activity. From goal-oriented career growth, up to feedback and communication, presentation trainings, I believe that every professional can benefit from an development of their soft skills and contribute to company culture.
Leadership
With three years of CTO experience, I have experience building a tech team from scratch, getting it up and running and optimizing as we deliver. As a Lead Engineer at BCG, I led teams of up to 20 engineers, in projects ranging from two weeks to 1.5 years.
Programming
More than 10 years of experience as a programmer. I have experience building mobile Applications (with a focus on Android), backend service programming with Java or Kotlin on the Spring Boot Framework, data pipelines and ML Engineering.
Strategy
I have seven years of experience performing strategic tasks, like developing product and tech strategies, assessing engineering teams and processes, funding applications, creating GDPR documentation or startup due dilligence.
